UAE LOCAL DELIVERIES
KOEL House is based in Dubai, and all orders are shipped from Dubai.
Shipping and courier costs are charged in addition to the product price. For bespoke and made-to-order pieces, we ship using Aramex and use careful, protective packaging to ensure your order travels as safely as possible. Courier insurance is included, and in the unlikely event of an issue during transit, we will always work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution.
Courier fees are calculated based on the size and weight of each item, as well as the delivery destination. Orders are dispatched within two to five business days.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate to allow for smooth delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We ship worldwide from Dubai using Aramex.
International shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and will be shown at checkout when available. Orders are dispatched within two to five business days.
Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and additional charges imposed by the destination country. A tracking number or shipment details will be provided at the time of dispatch, along with an estimated delivery timeframe.
KOEL House is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, return shipping costs, or issues arising from incorrect shipping or contact information provided at checkout. After your order is placed, we will email you to confirm the shipping details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We sincerely hope you are happy with your purchase. Every effort is made to describe and photograph our pieces as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings.
If you are not fully satisfied with your item, or if it arrives damaged, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return shipping costs and any handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. KOEL House cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipment.
If an order is canceled by the customer, any applicable credit card or payment processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
